The car's still largely the same as when I got it, but I love this thing more than almost anything in the world. It's been such an excellent, incredible vehicle, and the only car I've ever experienced where you can drive it for a whole day on a long trip and want to get right back in it in the morning. Old BMWs indeed; what an amazing vehicle.

Were you at the R&D Automotive open house this spring? I saw a 635 there that looked just like yours when I was picking up my car from the shop. Great video by the way.

Sure was! What were you driving? I also put together this video on BRS from the footage I got on the open house day.

Wow, that's my red 3.2 making a cameo around 2:05 and 2:28 in the video. I had wanted to hang around longer for the rest of the open house but I was home on break from school and I had to bug out fast. The BRS guys are great though, they run a real enthusiast-oriented operation. They always get a kick out of seeing snow tires on a 911 too, I'm pretty sure that's the only reason Tom remembers who I am, haha.

Nicely done man. Where about's did you shoot this? Some of it looks like Route 100 and some Route 30.

Thanks! This was mostly in Dorset and Danby, actually. Although if I were to do another one of my car these days I would definitely use the road to the town of Stratton and Route 100 from Stratton to Wilmington (once they're done repaving it...). There are some beautiful views on that road, and I regrettably haven't yet taken advantage of them.
